On the afternoon of December 11, 2017, Gao Shan, member of the Standing Committee of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda, led a team to investigate the development of the carbon-based materials industry and the operation of the carbon-based industry chain office in Liuyang High-tech Zone, and successively inspected Hunan Qitai Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. and Changsha Wuben New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Fuzhen New Material Co., Ltd. subsequently held a discussion at the management committee.

At the meeting, Yu Hui, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the management committee of the park, reported on the work of the carbon-based materials industry in the development zone. At present, the industry is coming well, and companies related to carbon-based materials such as Qitai Sensing, Fuzhen New Materials, Xiangxian Technology, and Wuben New Materials have gathered, and there are a number of high-quality projects under discussion. In the next stage, Liuyang High-tech Zone will take the opportunity of setting up the carbon-based material industry chain office in the park, strictly in accordance with the requirements of chain construction, chain strengthening, chain supplementation, and chain extension, and determine the development goals through a good industrial chain development plan; Investment in the industrial chain will enhance the momentum of economic development; strengthen cooperation between institutions and build a good platform for enterprises; formulate support policies to effectively promote the accelerated development of the park's carbon-based materials industry.
