"Thin Film Force Sensitive Chip Production Line Construction Project" is the research and development and industrialization of sensitive chips based on stainless steel substrates. It has a microstructure, high stability and high reliability, a working temperature zone, high voltage resistance, With features such as low power consumption and high precision, the total planned investment of the project is 180 million yuan.
