The reporter learned from Hunan Qitai Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. today that the company's self-developed hydraulic sensor assembly line is expected to be mass-produced this month, which can meet the supporting needs of hydraulic sensors in the construction machinery industry in Changsha and even the whole country.

Last year, the total output value of the Changsha construction machinery industry chain exceeded 200 billion yuan, accounting for 23% of the output value of China's construction machinery industry. But at present, the key components of construction machinery in our province are not fully localized, and hydraulic sensors are one of them. Qitai Sensing Company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of metal-based thin film pressure-sensitive chips and precision sensors. The company has overcome the key process and technology of heterogeneous membranes and applied them to the production of metal-based thin film pressure-sensitive chips, laying the foundation for the localization of pressure sensors in high-end equipment applications. The chairman of the company, Wang Guoqiu, said that the annual demand for hydraulic sensors in Hunan construction machinery is 600,000.

Wu Jingsheng, executive vice president and secretary general of Changsha Construction Machinery Association, introduced that the quality of Qitai products is not inferior to that of world-class products. In order to increase the local supporting rate, the association has recently organized a contract with leading construction machinery companies such as Zoomlion to coordinate the development of main engine parts companies. Changsha has issued the "Joint efforts to build a world-class construction machinery industry cluster" initiative, striving to realize the "1 hour industrial logistics circle" occupying 70% of the procurement share in 5 years, and fostering a batch of 1 billion yuan worth of parts and components supporting enterprises.

It is understood that the chip production line of Qitai Sensing Company can produce 3,000 pieces per day, and the chip yield rate exceeds 90%. The hydraulic sensor production line with chips as the main carrier is undergoing the final optimization of equipment installation and debugging, and it is expected to form a large-scale production capacity this month.
