Application: Intelligent manufacturing is a big show

In recent years, Changsha's advanced manufacturing industry has been booming and prospering. This is due to the remarkable results of the intelligent technological transformation of industrial enterprises, and it is also inseparable from the continuous breakthroughs of many enterprises in intelligent products.

A guest pointed out at the opening summit of the conference that smart manufacturing is the main direction of "transition from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power" and an important measure to implement the strategy of a manufacturing power.

At present, Changsha intelligent manufacturing has entered the actual landing stage from the promotion stage. The intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises has accelerated, and the profitability of products and services has been significantly enhanced; product intelligence has entered the initial stage, and the company's digital capabilities have been significantly improved. The manufacturing industry accounts for more than 40% of Changsha's total economy, of which the high-tech manufacturing industry accounts for more than 50%.

Exhibitor Qitai Sensor is a vivid model. Its products not only solve the problem that key parts of construction machinery and other industries are "necked" by foreign companies, and help local construction machinery and other advanced manufacturing industries to accelerate the realization of full localization, and its products themselves are the result of intelligent manufacturing.

Changsha's construction machinery industry has the largest scale in the country, but key components such as hydraulic sensors have long been dependent on imports. Under the guidance of Qitai technology leader Professor Wang Guoqiu, its self-developed hydraulic sensor assembly line has been mass-produced this year, which can completely solve the hydraulic sensor supporting needs of Changsha and even the national construction machinery industry.

Regardless of aging and physical frailty, two senior researchers insisted on coming to the conference site to see samples of the metal-based pressure-sensitive chip of Qitai sensor, and gave the researchers a thumbs up.

One of them, Mr. Wu, has been engaged in the research of metal-based pressure-sensitive chips for more than 30 years, and has also studied under an authoritative professor of the National Defense University. From Mr. Wu’s mentor, to Mr. Wu, and then to Professor Wang Guoqiu of Qitai, the small metal-based pressure-sensitive chips have "tortured" at least three generations of scientists in our country. Qitai's success has fulfilled a dream of generations of scientists in this field in my country.

The mass production of Qitai sensors also incorporates Changsha’s dream of building a “Smart City”, and is integrated into the grand blueprint of a manufacturing power!

At the opening ceremony of this conference, the main responsible comrades of the Changsha Municipal Government stated that they will make every effort to create a new type of political-business relationship and a market-oriented, legalized, and internationalized business environment with "full support, standpoint and action, and careful care", and vigorously cultivate Digital economy, smart manufacturing and other national strategic emerging industries are new growth poles, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern, and achieve higher-quality development.
