QTQ501 compact industrial pressure sensor
The QTQ501 compact industrial pressure sensor is packaged with a metal-based pressure-sensitive chip independently developed and produced by our company, which can provide reliable pressure measurement even in harsh environments. The product has a compact and reliable structure, good electromagnetic compatibility, impact resistance and high temperature resistance. The measurement range is from 0.5MPa to 100MPa. There are multiple comprehensive accuracy options of 0.2% FS, 0.5% FS and 1% FS, which can be in the range of -40~ Long-term stable operation at 105°C makes the pressure transmitter meet the most stringent industrial requirements. It uses a sturdy fully welded stainless steel shell, with IP65, IP67 protection grades, moisture-proof and moisture-proof. It has a variety of output forms, pressure connectors and electrical connector selections to meet a wide range of application requirements.
With an annual production capacity of 6 million cores, it has completely broken the pattern of foreign monopoly of the cores.
The first packaging line with an annual output of 2 million pressure sensors was successfully put into production. Follow-up will continue to expand production.

The QTQ501 compact pressure sensor adopts an all-welded stainless steel compact design, which can effectively protect the sensor under harsh working conditions. The electrical connector protection level reaches IP65, IP67, and has a sturdy internal structure design to ensure that the sensor can work normally in a high-vibration environment.
