GPD60 mining pressure sensor
The core component of the GPD60 mining pressure transmitter adopts the metal-based pressure-sensitive chip independently developed and produced by our company. It is manufactured in accordance with the standards of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and GB3836.4-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 4: Intrinsically Safe Type "i"", and meets the Q/3201 GHK 006-2010 product standard. The product has reasonable structure design, accurate detection, stable performance, and convenient installation and maintenance. It is suitable for coal dust and gas explosion dangerous places in coal mines, and used in conjunction with coal mine electromechanical equipment or coal mine monitoring systems. The measurement accuracy is high, the anti-interference ability is strong, and the appearance adopts a fully-sealed stainless steel structure, which can meet the requirements of harsh working conditions such as moisture-proof, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and dust-proof.
With an annual production capacity of 6 million cores, it has completely broken the pattern of foreign monopoly of the cores.
The first packaging line with an annual output of 2 million pressure sensors was successfully put into production. Follow-up will continue to expand production.

The GPD60 mining pressure sensor adopts a compact design of fully welded stainless steel, which can effectively protect the sensor under harsh working conditions. The electrical connector protection level reaches IP65, IP67, and has a sturdy internal structure design to ensure that the sensor can work normally in a high-vibration environment.
