QTQ900 digital pressure sensor/transmitter
The core components of the QTQ900 digital pressure sensor/transmitter use the metal sputtering film core independently developed and produced by our company. The electronic components of the product have been strictly tested, with stable performance, high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and appearance. The fully enclosed stainless steel structure can meet the requirements of harsh working conditions such as moisture-proof, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and dust-proof. The sensor output signal is standard CA Nbus or RS485 data with strong interchangeability. The product has the functions of data collection, data processing, online calibration, etc. The intelligent digital architecture can better help you to measure and control the equipment, reserve a secondary development interface for users, and allow users to re-customize new sensors.
With an annual production capacity of 6 million cores, it has completely broken the pattern of foreign monopoly of the cores.
The first packaging line with an annual output of 2 million pressure sensors was successfully put into production. Follow-up will continue to expand production.

The QTQ900 digital pressure sensor/transmitter adopts a compact design of fully welded stainless steel, which can effectively protect the sensor under harsh working conditions.
